All4Biz also makes Receivables and Payables easier to administer.  By the time you've entered a Sales-Order, issued a Packslip, and shipped it you've done the work needed to create an invoice.  Then all you have to do is record the payment (and any discount, credit, or debit you might need) and you've done the work needed for the information to flow on to your general-ledger and financial statements.
